Advice and answers from the Giving Assistant Team

When you are added as an admin to a nonprofit’s Giving Assistant dashboard, we automatically create a personal shopping account for you with the email address you provided. 

You can see the two different accounts by clicking on “My Accounts” in the top right corner of the Giving Assistant home page. 

The account with your organization’s name is your organization’s dashboard. The other account, your email address, is your personal shopping account. You can shop, donate to your organization, and manage your account settings from your personal account.

If you wish to make purchases on behalf of your organization, or for yourself, simply select your email address under “My Accounts” and start shopping! Need more information about how to shop using Giving Assistant? Click here.
